This house is an outbuilding located at the bottom of a large landscaped garden of 1450m2 on which is the main house.

Maisonette of 40 m² with 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x200), a bathroom with toilet, a living room with a convertible sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker).

This accommodation is rented when the main house is not rented or if it is occupied by the owner (occasional occupations and very discreet).

You will have access to the pool located just in front of the house, and various equipment (barbecue, swing, large garden ...).

You will park your vehicle on the sidewalk in front of the house and access the house through the gate.

The house is not accessible to someone with reduced mobility and the photos are not contractual.

The tourist tax is included in the rental rate.
